Founded in 1996 by Pierre Marc Jasmin, Services Triad Inc. is a management consulting firm specializing in studies focusing on the management, operational processes, and technology of Customer Relation Centres (CRC). To date, we have successfully completed more than 200 different mandates on behalf of 60+ major corporations, including financial institutions, telecommunications companies, government agencies, retailers and distribution centres.
