Pierre Marc Jasmin

MBA, President, Services Triad Inc.

With almost 25 years of experience in the customer relationship industry, Pierre Marc Jasmin is the founding president of Services Triad, which he has headed since 1996. His creative talents and facilitating skills have helped him develop solutions with his clients to better manage their contact centre environment. With the support of his team of consultants, he has served a large spectrum of clientele. More than 200 mandates and close to 75 benchmarking studies are part of his curriculum.
Among other fields, he specializes in:

  • Delivering diagnosis and strategic call centre assessments;
  • Strategic planning for CRC growth;
  • Managing customer satisfaction;
  • Planning, designing, and implementing quality assurance programs;
  • Benchmarking studies;
  • Writing up requests for proposal.

In partnership with Fly Conseils, Pierre Marc can also offer web services and social media strategies to enhance customer experience.

For five years, Pierre Marc was a board member of the Canadian Customer Contact Centre Industry Steering Committee, one of the 33 sector councils funded by Human Resources and Skills Development Canada (HRSDC). He is now part of the board of director for the Relationship Marketing Association (AMRQ) representing the interest of the contact center community for the province of Quebec. He does the same for a sister association in the USA called SOCAP.
He is a guest speaker at seminars and conferences in America and Europe and often contributes articles to a variety of trade publications in the contact centre industry.

Linda Hains

Administrative Director

Linda Hains has been part of the Services Triad team since its foundation. She has 20 years of experience in the customer contact centre industry.

Before joining Services Triad, she worked for seven years at Sodema, one of the leading telemarketing firms in Canada. Her responsibilities included hiring, human resources management, and business administration.

At Services Triad, Linda is in charge of financial management and plays an active role in preparing our various publications.
Among other fields, she specializes in:

  • Operational management;
  • Accounting and administrative control;
  • Corporative projects management;
  • Supplier management and negotiations;
  • Internal process optimization (IT and operational);
  • Design of marketing tools.

Alaeddine Daghar

Data Analyst – Webmaster

Alaeddine Daghar joined Services Triad team in April 2014. He is pursuing his final year in electrical and computer engineering at Concordia University. His analytical mind, his critical skills and his ability to comply with the details make him a valuable analyst for the company and its customers.

With Services Triad, he is taking part in the various activities surrounding our benchmarking studies, mainly:

  • Input, analyze and illustrate data for the preparation of final reports;
  • Present high quality documents and presentations using Adobe InDesign;
  • Conduct additional research related to the ongoing study;
  • Send invitations to various clients to create engagement and to participate.

Also, he is the webmaster of our website, in charge of the following tasks:

  • Maintain and update our website;
  • Develop regular information updates on the website;
  • Insert / remove text upon request;
  • Add features;
  • Manage social medias (LinkedIn – Twitter).

His skills include: PHP, CSS, HTML, MySQL, WordPress, Mailchimp, Google Analytics, Google Adwords, Openfield, Office Suite, Adobe CC Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Dreamweaver, and Illustrator).
