Contact Centre Canada is very excited about the Pan Canadian Engagement Strategy project that is the result of our consultations with industry leaders, stakeholders from government, education and training, and special interest groups from across Canada. A project such as this can only thrive with the help from our association, industry and government partners. Contact Centre Canada is going to use a series of consultations with individuals from multiple groups to aide us in the development of a National Strategic plan that will address the above challenges.
